Windows PC Version of FUGRO-LCT Software

Fugro-LCT's industry-leading gravity & magnetics software is now available on Microsoft Windows based operating systems for PCs. To further meet the diverse and mobile needs of our clients in industry and academia, Fugro-LCT now provides it's industry standard modules 2MOD, LCTSEIS, 3MOD, S3MOD, GRDFFT, and MAGPROBE for both Windows and UNIX based operating systems. These software products
provide full featured 2D and 3D forward and inverse modelling, high-volume capable grid filtering and analysis, along with a powerful toolkit of magnetic source depth estimation techniques.

Fugro-LCT has developed a complete cross-platform and interoperable solution for gravity and magnetic modelling and interpretation for Windows and UNIX. The file data types are common so that the typical user of Fugro-LCT software can share a model with a geophysicist at an affiliated oil company executing Fugro-LCT software on Windows and/or UNIX platforms. Potential fields specialists working within large oil companies can build models on Unix workstations, with full access to seismic databases, in their own offices and then by simple file transfer continue the work at other company locations on a laptop PC.
